Selection of proper way for ash cleaning is every important aimed at features of high ash content in solid recovered fuel in China.
Way for ash cleaning of horizontally arranged steam boilers normally adopts mechanical rapping. The device uses accelerated velocity produced by hammer rapping to remove fly ash. Tube bundle fix the drooped structures through welding for both ends of upper header and make fly ash drop by rapping the end plate of lower header.
Besides adopting rapping device for ash cleaning, three layers of shock wave ash ejector holes are also reserved and arranged on the horizontal pass. If user combines the two in actual operating process, frequency of mechanical rapping can be reduced and the impact on heating surface welded junction of mechanical rapping position can be relieved.
The rapping dust cleaning system designed is a set of advanced dust cleaning system aimed at refuse incinera
tion steam boilers. The system learned from practical experience of dust cleaning system design and operation of other similar projects, which is to remove boiler ashes on the heating surface of horizontal pass. The headers of the above area are arranged in a staggered manner, and known as upper header and lower header for convenience.
The rapping dust cleaning system adopts pneumatic rapping to achieve the rapping of rapping position by using rapping dolly, which is equipped with two cylinders, corresponding to upper header and lower header. When the rapping dolly moves to the rapping point, the magnetic valve will open, and cylinders will work. The piston of cylinders strikes rapping rod, and the rapping rod transfers the force to the end face of horizontal pass header, so as to make fly ash drop by rapping the pipe wall of tube bundle.

卧式布置的余热锅炉清灰方式一般采
用机械振打清灰,该装置采用锤子打击产生的加速度去除飞灰。锅炉中的管束是上部集箱的两端通过焊接固定垂下的结构,通过锤打下部集箱的端板,振落飞灰。
本项目的清灰方式除采用振打装置外,还在水平烟道上预留布置了三层激波吹灰器孔。如用户在实际运行过程中两者结合使用,可减少机械振打的频率,减轻对机械振打部位的受热面焊口的冲击。
本方案设计的振打清灰系统是针对垃圾焚烧余热锅炉的一套先进高效的清灰系统,该系统吸收了其它同类项目锅炉清灰系统设计及运行实践经验,将用于清除锅炉水平烟道受热面所粘结的锅炉积灰,上述区域的集箱按照一高一低交错布置,为了方便描述,在下文中称为“上部集箱”和“下部集箱”。
本振打清灰系统采用电磁阀气动振打清灰方式,系统采用振打小车移动定位来实现对
振打部位的振打,振打小车装载两个气缸,分别对应上部集箱和下部集箱,当振打小车移动至振打点时,电磁阀开启,气缸工作,气缸活塞击打振打杆,振打杆将振打力传递到锅炉水平烟道集箱端面,从而带动管束振动使管壁上的积灰脱落,实现清灰的目的。
